I was lied to So, I bought a beautiful 2017 Civic a couple of months ago. The salesman was great, finance upsold me on what she called the "platinum policy" I was t So, I bought a beautiful 2017 Civic a couple of months ago. The salesman was great, finance upsold me on what she called the "platinum policy" I was told that even my tires were covered for road hazard, that even if I bought new tires that they were covered. Well today I got a flat tire, put on the spare and called the dealership. I'm already missing sleep as I work nights but imagine my shock and anger when I was told that I have no such warranty, that they don't cover tires. My fiance heard the finance lady say it as well, so I didn't mishear her. I was blatantly lied to and I hate the dishonesty and disrespect. More
