Carlos impressed my with his knowledge of the CRVs, and his personality was perfect for me, and my wife. We progressed from there, Carlos was very easy to talk to, and he was 'no pressure' in the discussion. That is what made 'the deal' possible for us. After looking at the cars, comparing the prices, Carlos respected our budget, and we, all of us, agreed on a price, out the door. So after a couple hours, we drove away in the perfect car ( we had a deal on hold at another dealer !, that we were glad to let go ). I referred my mother-in-law, and she has just purchased an Accord from Carlos; she's very pleased with the purchase. And I have just stopped by the Service Dept. to have the map-light bulb replace. They replaced the bulb, no charge. We could not be more satisfied with Brooks Honda. My wife will have her CRV serviced there too. More

This was the first new car that we purchased together and our experience couldn't have been any better due to Mr. Thompson's role in the whole process. He was always professional, honest, and patient while answering all the questions we had about buying a new car. (And we're comparing this to other dealerships we inquired with whose sales consultants less than impressive when compared with Mr. Thompson.) Mr. Thompson promptly returned phone calls and went out of his way to find the exact car that we requested (the car we wanted wasn't on their lot, but Mr. Thompson located the car we requested and had it on their lot in less than 24 hours). In addition to locating our vehicle, he made the negotiation process simple and easy--always giving us the financial information we requested and, finally, making it possible for us to own our first new car. Mr. Thompson was recommended to us by a friend who had also purchased a car from Dick Brooks Honda in Greer. We ended up being very happy that we took our friend's advice. She let me know that she cared about me as a person and made me feel that she wanted to put me in the car that would be best for me personally. I was undecided between a CR-V, an Accord Hybrid and an Accord sedan, along with the many different models of each. She took the time to let me know the advantages and disadvantages of each, along with which one she felt would be the best choice for me. She also offered me a price that was hard to beat. Tyler also was very nice to work with. He took his time in telling me all about the workings of the cars I was considering, and answered all of my questions. All in all, a very pleasant car-buying experience!! When I'm ready to buy another car, I'll definitely go back to Dick Brooks Honda and Sharon Grillo. More

He gave excellent insight, and he didn't just overlook me as a first time buyer, something that I was afraid of before walking into Dick Brooks. I felt as though he was trustworthy and had my best interests in mind during the entire process. I have recommended him since, and will continue to recommend him to anyone I know looking for a new car. It was also great that he didn't just send me on my way after I bought the car, but he took the time to help me set up the blue tooth and showed me all of the controls in the vehicle. That was unexpected, but extremely helpful and really shows how he isn't just interested in the customer while they are "potential commission." I am very pleased with my car, and just as pleased with the customer service I received while at the dealership. More

We moved to South Carolina in 2006 but I stayed with my daughter sometimes for a month or two who lives in Taylors and had service done on my car even then. We have always been pleased with not just the service but the commitment of the employees as well. Not only has Lyman Thompson been there for us at all times, but he is one of the most pleasant people have met in a long time. The managers there have really been helpful as well especially when we bought my daughter in Texas a Honda Civic. My service person is Mike Chase and I have recommended him to many people that I know will need service for their Hondas. We had called another dealership that would be closer to us, but they were so rude when we tried to set up a service appointment that we decided to stay with Dick Brooks and I am so glad that we did. We bought our first Honda Accord in NJ and there is no other car type for us. They are reliable and with the accessories that come with them now, they are even better. More

We love our Honda Accord Sharon was the best sales person I have ever dealt with. This was the first time we ever bought a car without having to negotiate the price. A great experience, as expected--again! I bought my 4-door Honda Civic Si over a year ago, and remain extremely pleased with it. I had traded in my 3 year old 2-door Civic Si (also purchase I bought my 4-door Honda Civic Si over a year ago, and remain extremely pleased with it. I had traded in my 3 year old 2-door Civic Si (also purchased with Sharon), because, though I liked it, I missed the convenience of 4 doors. I always know I will get a great deal, feel no pressure, and be treated like family--I have never had such wonderful experiences buying cars anywhere else. So, when my best friend's daughter wanted to buy a Honda Fit, I took her straight to Greer, and Sharon, at Dick Brooks Honda.
