I first contacted her via the internet with a very guarded attitude but after exchanging several emails, we spoke on the phone and then I visited the showroom to meet her, in person. Sharon didn't attempt to play any of the typical, car dealer games with me and I had a great experience with the purchase of our new, Honda Crosstour. She is a great example of how automobile salespeople should conduct themselves and Dick Brooks Honda is very lucky to have her as an employee.
