Normally, I receive very good service; however, this experience was not a bit different. There appeared to be some confusion regarding the availability of the complimentary maintenance service, and they experience was not a bit different. I called the service manager he was at lunch, service department person who answered said he would have him call me back but again no call. While I do appreciate that the team ultimately picked up my vehicle, completed the service, and returned it, there seemed to be some uncertainty about my eligibility. To clarify, this was my second scheduled service, and it was clearly included. I would have appreciated more consistent communication, particularly a timely callback as discussed. More
