I had purchaced a C250 7 months ago and had a terrible experien This was my second attempt at trying to purchance another vehicle at this dealership. I had purchaced a C250 7 months ago and had a terrible experience with the customer service. I had all but decided not to return here for another vehicle. A couple of months later I had decided to start looking for a larger vehicle and went back to Dick Dyer. When I entered the dealership I was not treated well again because I was strolling around the showroom looking and was not even greeted by anyone. Salesman passing me by like I was a ghost. Then Scott came up and made me feel very comfortable and entroduced me to Barbara Bethea. Scott had assured me of two things. One was what happened in the past would not happen again and that Barbara would take good care of me. On 9/10/16 I strolled in again and both Scott and Barbara took my hand like a baby and placed me in a crib and gave me the car I wanted to play with. My experience was first class and they both did whatever it took to make me enjoy the Dick Dyer baby rattle. I must say it drives and sounds good. Please whoever this review goes to please make them aware that I am very happy with my new rattle and plan of playing with it for a few years to come. I will come back to the dealership for my services and knowing that I will be treated like I bought a $150,000 vehicle. Cudos to both of them for making my buying experience a joy. More
