"wouldnt fix everything then damaged it "

I purchased a Work and Play travel trailer from Dick Gore RV, in my offer to purchase I stated I wanted all issues that need repair before delivery completed. The awning light needed replaced, the awning repaired, the service tech choose to rip out the magnets for the interior cubbard doors, there was a humming coming out of the under carriage and the exterior accessory lock system was broke. They told me they needed to order parts and would pick up my unit at a later date and I should to take my unit home. On my drive home I got about 10 miles away and had a severe blow out on the unit, it appeared ALL 4 tires were dry rotted. They did at said later date pick up my unit after a few phone calls and repaired the awning, replaced the awning light and put some magnets on the interior cubbard doors. When my unit was returned it had damage and not all issues were fixed. There are two spots where the large decals are very freshly scraped and one with a deep gouge, the humming noise isn't repaired, the interior cubbard magnets aren't properly installed in a few places and the exterior toy lock system wasn't fixed. They initially said in phone calls and emails they were sorry and would rectify all issues, they have already taken the unit in once to repair said issues but have not fully done so, I just want what I payed for and they agreed to. I want Dick Gore to pick up the unit fix all issues and return my unit. I just want what's right

Our experience with Dick Gore in Richmond Hill has not been positive in the least. They knowingly sold us an RV that had issues that should have been resolved before even selling it let alone delivering it. Not sure where to start. To me, totally disrespectful to the buyer. Example 1: The steering wheel was far out of alignment. They drove it from FL to Richmond Hill w/o addressing the situation. After receipt I had to take it to Freightliner to be repaired. Example 2: broken side window. Once again, it did not just happen and was taken from FL to RH and sold. Brought it back a month later and they said they had it but could not find it. Example 3: Only one remote control of the 3 for TV's. Four months before I just got them myself. They promised MULTIPLE times but never cam through. Still don't have any of the remotes for the DVD players! Other issues I feel they were responsible for but enough for now. Months ago I mentioned going to social media and I guess they just don't care. I have made arrangements with another Forest River dealer to honor any warranty issues. If you live around the corner from them you might have better results if you go there everyday. The manufacturer has been pretty accommodating. Friendly folks but hollow promises.....BS.
