Four weeks of used car xxxx I have never been so taken advantage of, high pressured, lied to, deceived and cheated. Yes, all of those are true. I bought a 2013 Chrysler T & C. Two days later I know something is wrong with the transmission and suspension. To keep this short, the vehicle needs a transmission overhaul and more. So, okay, go pick out a different vehicle. After much consternation, I pick out a different vehicle and this is where it gets insane. Sales doesn't take the T & C back, as the people in service said they should. They said my vehicle was never inspected and never should have been sold. I pick out a different used vehicle and they give me wholesale trade in value on a car they never inspected and should not have offered it for sale in the first place, leaving me with an over $7000 indebtedness to a finance company I said I didn't want, for a vehicle I drove for less than five days. Oh, but wait, the magic number shuffle will make it seem all better and what about that magic disappearing $2000 down payment I made? It's much worse than this space allows. I presume that many of those who rate Hannah Chrysler higher, either have greater financial means, where the number shuffling and over-charging are of little consequence or, they are so "taken" by their salesman that it's smiles and handshakes all around.. My complete story is over five pages long and absolutely true. I do believe that Darin, the service manager and Teila, one of the service writers wanted to help but could do nothing on my behalf. Zero Stars I had an appointment to look at a SUV that was at this dealership. A salesman named Bill called me back to verify the appointment and confirm the vehicle would be "ready" when I arrived. I drove 1.5 hours to the dealership looking to buy the vehicle if it checked out, but when I arrived the salesman was noticeably stressed about the situation and started giving me a bunch of B.S. about the vehicle being "misplaced". He read my vibe about being unimpressed with his lack of professionalism and then tried to hand me off to another salesperson. At this point I obviously knew the car wasn't even on the lot any longer and they were just trying to sell me something else. The unfortunate stand sales woman then had to reveal that the car was sold this morning and they simple neglected to call me to cancel the appointment. So I lost complete respect for the dealership and the salesperson (Bill) all at the same time. He not only made a mess of a routine situation, he took himself out of the situation and placed another sales person in a position where she had no chance of success. Extremely unprofessional and all the reasons car salesman get a bad name. More
