I was VERY dissatisfied with the service from start to finish, but ended up with a great truck after I brought it back twice for repairs. First, I was dealing with a long delay in payment from my insuran finish, but ended up with a great truck after I brought it back twice for repairs. First, I was dealing with a long delay in payment from my insurance company, and received a nasty message from the finance department after I signed a contract and agreed to pay in full at time of pick up. After this message I called the finance department back immediately, and the phone was answered by a representative greeting me with, "what". Next, when I drove it off the lot, the battery died twice and would not charge. I brought it back, and they replaced it with a new one. The next night I discovered the front headlight did not have a bulb, and the socket was missing. Three weeks before all lights worked, and the battery was viable. What they did during this time I have no idea. This inconvenience resulted in me driving an hour back to the dealership, wasting a Saturday, and them offering me nothing but a half hearted apology. This is unacceptable customer service, and I do not recommend anyone go through what I did in order to purchase this vehicle. More

I was looking for a specific model vehicle, called the dealership and spoke to a Ron. He told me they had at least 15 of the vehicles in stock. So I drove all the way from Salem, OR to take a look. When I got to the dealership I was told by a salesperson names Ron that they had no such vehicle in stock. He tried to pressure me into a different vehicle. When I tried to call the dealership about 30 minutes later and complain about these deceptive business tactics I was told that no one named Ron worked there. I was all around very disappointed with my experience with this dealership. They use misleading and deceptive tactics to get you in the door and try to pressure you into purchasing something you do not want. I would strongly recommend avoiding this dealership! More
