Went to the dealer to look at a new 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan that was advertised on the internet. Bill Farra greated us and showed us the car. Yousef did the final paperwork and although I know that he was doing his job, I was a little put off by his trying to 'sell' me on an extended warranty that I had clearly stated I did not want. Great buying experience! Ended up with a nice car. First car we hoped to buy did not pass the shop so we appreciated the fact they were honest and found us another car. We purchased a new RAM 2500 HD truck. Our sales person (Lucas Walters) was great to work with. He was friendly, honest and did not play games on pricing. After having done much research on what was a fair and reasonable price to pay for the vehicle all I did was tell Lucas the price I was willing to pay for the vehicle and he got it for us. Unfortunately the overall service was very slow. My wife and I spent approximately 1 hour on the first day looking at what the dealer had available before it got dark. We spent a total of 9 hours the second day driving three different vehicles (1 1/2 hours), finding one that met our criteria, and negotiating a price (2 1/2 hours), and then waiting for and signing most of the necessary paper work (5 hours). Finding a vehicle and negotiating a price wouldn't have taken so long if it hadn't been for the fact that a particular option we wanted couldn't be put on the vehicle initially selected so we had to find another and go through the negotiating process a second time. Waiting 5 hours for the paper work to be completed was ridiculous and inexcusable. We spent nearly 2 hours on the third day signing more paper work, and waiting to picking up the vehicle that was suppose to be ready to go when we got there. The vehicle wasn't ready. We waited over an hour for them to finish detailing and cleaning the vehicle. They only did a fair job of detailing and cleaning up the vehicle. There were some scratches that I will have to go back in do have buffed out and numerous water spots from not properly drying the vehicle after washing it. After leaving the dealer ship we discovered they had not place a temporary plate in the rear window and we had to go back to the dealer. We called and alerted the dealer that they didn't give us a temporary plate and we said that we would be back shortly to pick it up. I was told they would have them waiting for us when we got there. When we got there, approximately 20 minutes after we called and alerted them, we had to wait another 20 minutes while they filled out more paperwork. Lucas was extremely friendly and nice to deal with, and seemed very honest. He was a delight to work with during this very long ordeal. In the end we got a great price on the vehicle and we are very happy with it. More
