I took my 2002 PT Cruiser in to replace the remote keyless entry module. Stacy and her team at the Chrysler service desk was extremely helpful and friendly. I took my wife's minivan in for service - to fix a door lock. The man that helped me, Jamie, was friendly, couteous, and answered all my questions adequately. He knowledgably explained what was being fixed and called me to let me know what was going on as it happened. He provided some of the very best customer service I have EVER had. And the minivan runs better than it has in months. I will certainly be returning to Dick Hannah Dodge to service my Dodge cars in the future! More

I had a belt start to snap and made an appointment for the following week on a Wednesday. Saturday night my belt half snapped, making it not safe to drive. I called Dick Hannah and left a message saying the following week on a Wednesday. Saturday night my belt half snapped, making it not safe to drive. I called Dick Hannah and left a message saying it was imperative I get my car in monday because I am a single mom and go to school and can't be without a car. They had it all day monday when it was only suppose to be a 2 hour job. The mechanic, Brian Schmidt, worked on my car and put the part on and it still was making a horrible noise. So he looked more into what was going on and found the issue. He got a different belt and by passed the problem and it worked out for me to get my car by 6 pm. My car now runs even better than it did when we bought it. I am very pleased with the service. In the future, if I need to get work done, I won't hesitate to go back. I bought this used car in 2005 it is 1 year old and have it serviced every 3,000 miles at Dick Hannah. I first brought my truck in for a recall and the service department did such a good job that I decided to bring in my Charger for service too. My experience was nice. The one thing I would suggest is that coupons are sent out to customers. When I leased the Jeep, I was bombarded by them - now that I bought the Jeep I have never received any coup that coupons are sent out to customers. Great customer service - my vehicle was finished at the time they told me and I didn't have to go find someone - they came and got me when it was done.
