They reminded me of the appointment in email, were ready for my car when I arrived. I get my oil/filter changed here regularly. They do a good job and are always willing to discuss the service and make suggestions of other services the vehicle may need. I went in to have the tread wear measured. Th efront tires Were getting close to needing replacement. They were checked and there was still some wear left. Since it was close to the 3000 mile oil change tires Were getting close to needing replacement. They were checked and there was still some wear left. Since it was close to the 3000 mile oil change they set me up with an appointment the next day. They also rotated the tired to put the best tread on the front. All was handled promptly. First i would like to say that i bought my first jeep last august. My rep was Jose and an he was very polite and knowlegeable. Every question i asked he answered or went out of his way to get me the answers i needed. I purchased a 2007 jeep wrangler unlimited Sahara addition. ITS AWESOME!!!!! It was my dream vehicle. Then there was Mark on the Green team, he was also very polite and took care of my special jeep. He was very clear and amazing when dealing with my jeep. Any question i had asked he got me the answers fast and spoke very clear. I recently had to go in to get my jeep serviced and he was very amazing and helped me with getting a loaner vehicle while they were servicing mine. I was emailed my appointments and emailed and called when my jeep was ready. It took a day to do the work on my jeep but it didn't feel that long because the service was fast and wonderful. I have always been treated with amazing customer service there, and as a proud owner of a Jeep i will never buy another vehicle except for another JEEP!!!! Liked the way the service department handles paying for the auto. This gave Jayme time to explane what had been done and answer my questions while he was running the credit card for paying the bill.
