My wife and I came to Dick Says Yes to see about getting rejected for a car, we were thinking about an older car that would get good gas mileage. On the way into the lot my wife saw a little bright green ca rejected for a car, we were thinking about an older car that would get good gas mileage. On the way into the lot my wife saw a little bright green car sitting there and told me she didn’t want a red or green car like Christmas colors, but a bright green one like that would be ok. We were met by Doug Kenaga, who was very friendly and inviting, so we sat down and talked about the car we were looking for and how bad our credit was and the wreck we brought in on trade. Doug told us he thought he had the right car for us and I’m still thinking about the rejection coming any time. But Doug drove that little green car my wife liked, not sure how he knew that, and invited us to test drive it. My wife and I liked it and told him so, but we knew the car was too new and low miles and we wouldn’t qualify for it. We were wrong, Rock Sobeck worked for us to get us a loan that had good rates and low monthly payments we could afford. Long story short we got a great car at a great deal and rate and Dick “did” Says Yes. Thank you Doug and Rock!!! More

After running all around Portland, from dealership to dealership, My husband and I weren't getting anywhere! We kept getting the same treatment from sales people at the other dealerships, who were trying dealership, My husband and I weren't getting anywhere! We kept getting the same treatment from sales people at the other dealerships, who were trying to get us to sign papers just to get a price on a vehicle! How ridiculous! After almost losing hope on finding the perfect car for us, we came across Lawrence at Dick Hannah in Vancouver! For the first time, we felt like we were getting the honest truth and personalized help that we were looking for. Lawrence made suggestions on cars that we should look at and never hesitated to let us test drive as many cars as we wanted! Im scared of used car dealers, My experience with Dick says yes and in particular Douglas Kenaga has made me change my mind. He had an answer for about everything and the few he didn't he was prompt about getting my answers. Overall I have had a few very bad experiences with used car dealers, This was not one of those I am very happy I went here and would recommend my friends and family to Doug at Dick says yes. More

I found an 05' tl with a price I couldn't believe and called about it right away. Douglas Kenaga stayed in contact with me the whole time and listened attentively as I explained my credit situation. and called about it right away. When I took my first trip to the dealer, I let them know that if they couldn't get me into the car I wanted that it was ok, I could patiently wait as I expected to come into a fair amount of money soon. Unfortunately they told me it wasn't doable. So I left and understood. 2 days later Doug called me saying they found a way to make me happy, and my second visit to the dealership I left with the car I wanted! I couldn't be happier! More
