MY CAR BROKE DOWN. I LIVE IN PORTLAND OR AND I WORK IN GLADSTONE. I AM A SINGLE MOTHER WITH TWO LITTLE CHILDREN. I NEEDED A CAR. BECAUSE I HAVE NO CAR GARY CAME ALL THE WAY TO PORTLAND AND PICKED ME UP. THE STAFF WERE SUPER FRIENDLY. ROCK BROUGHT OUT A BEAUTIFUL RED CHEVY COBALT JUST FOR ME. ONLY THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS DOWN AND FOR A WONDERFUL BIRTHDAY GIFT I DROVE HOME WITH A NEW CAR. SMILING THE WHOLE ENTIRE WAY BACK TO PORTLAND. MY KIDS WERE SOOOO HAPPY. MY FAMILY WAS HAPPY FOR ME. This was our first time in 12 years since we've purchased from any from Dick Hannah Auto facility and I think we'll be back. Lance Preston was tremendous to work with. He's more than a sales per purchased from any from Dick Hannah Auto facility and I think we'll be back. Lance Preston was tremendous to work with. He's more than a sales person, he's a person who knows how to build relationships with customers that will keep them, and probably more, coming back. He has a great personality and understands what exceptional customer service is and how to extend that to the people that come through Dick Hannah's doors. Jim Mahin was also fantastic to work with. He's not like most of the financial people you work with - he has a personality and, he too, has a great sense of what customer service is all about.
