After years of schooling and working dead end job, I finally am in a profession I love and able to pay my bills more easily. However, your financial past haunts you. I got online and sent a email regarding a vehicle on the Dick Says yes webpage. The same day I got a call back. I went in telilng myself that I can always just leave (seeing as I have had experiences with pushy salesmen before) if I feel pressured. Ironically, it was fantastic. Jim and the entire crew were helpful, friendly, and very up front with me about my options, it made the process easier for me to understand the number crunching etc. At the end of the day I ended up driving away in the car I inquired about! The payments are ones I can work with and I couldnt be happier. It made it even easier as Jim also helped distract my hyperactive 3 year old while I asked questions and signed papers. Now my daighter keeps asking to go see Jim and all the new cars. I would recomend the dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle, hands down the best first car buying experience. More

From the moment we entered the lot, Jodi was amazing. She answered questions we had and if she didn't know the answer, she wasn't afraid to ask someone. She didn't pretend to have all the answers. We were looking to down size our current vehicle to something a little more fuel saving. We stopped in at Dick Says Yes and we were greeted by friendly staff. Our salesman Jim Mahin was very helpful in finding us a car that fit our budget and worked with his finance team to make the numbers work. What was really impressive was that it was nearing the end of business day and Jim was more than happy to drive 45min to go get the car that we wanted to look at and bring it back. Jim and the rest of the crew stayed an hour or so past their closing time just to make sure that we were able to drive home in our van. I would recommend Jim Mahin to anyone who wants to have a good car buying experience. More
