The car runs great and looks nice, it fits exactly what my girlfriend and i was looking for, no issues at all. The customer service was extreamly helpful. upfront up it all and honest. They made my family and i feel as if what we wanted and needed matter. I'd like to give a shoutout to Tom Mills especially for his time and patients, he spent multiple hours there helping us until closing time for the dealership. This was probably one of my best car-buying experiences. I worked with Lawrence Ram as my sales associate and he did awesome. No pressure, showed me only the kind of vehicles I was looking at and was willin I worked with Lawrence Ram as my sales associate and he did awesome. Buying a car was a great experience with Dick Hannah! The people (especially Tom Mills) were so, so friendly and helpful, and they worked really hard to help get us the car we loved. Rob Chartier helped me w/my purchase. He was super nice, super helpful. I told him what vehicle I wanted, what items I wanted on my vehicle & that I would not debate nor go back & forth on price, payments, super helpful. Robert Garrett in finance provided me with great service as well~we had a discussion about what I wanted finance wise & he quickly brought 3 options for me to look at, all within what we had discussed & I was able to say "this is the one I want", he drew everything up & I was out of the dealership within 90 minutes from start to finish in my new car! THIS is how I had envisioned purchasing a new car should be & yet I doubted that any dealer could deliver since I know I had high expectations. AGAIN, Rob delivered very friendly, very helpful service from the start, Robert in finance delivered friendly, knowledgeable service & drew up my paperwork in record time & Rob finished the deal handing me the keys to my new car with a reminder that I could contact him at any time with any questions or issues I might have in the days ahead. The topper was that while in discussion with Robert in finance about my son finding the car initially on their website & making the first call for me, he qualified for a $100 for referring me! This entire process could not have been easier from start to finish & I would highly recommend Dick Says Yes, specifically contacting Rob Chartier, if you are in the market to purchase a New or Used vehicle. He was very friendly and even helped me pick out a car in just a matter of minutes. The entire process only took about 2 hours. During this time, I was able to fill out a loan application, test drive the vehicle, chat about sports, enjoy a few cups of coffee and sign the paperwork. It was one of the most enjoyable experiences I have had purchasing a car. The entire staff treats the customer like he or she is part of the Dick Hannah family.
