At the time, I was told the particular car I was interested in was currently in transit but Lawrence Ram reassured me that there were plenty of vehicles available within my price and mileage range to check out. I met with him two days later on a cold rainy evening and upon walking the lot and not seeing anything we liked, we made another appointment for a few days later. In the meantime, I found it was great that he checked up on me and made inquiries on other cars I had been interested in before our appointment so when the day came, it wouldn't be a surprise if the vehicle had been sold or was no longer available. Again after much research on a particular car and after the test drive, I knew I had the car for me. It was great that a few days earlier, we had already found out that I could be financed for a car through a local credit union so upon selecting a car we only had to wait for the number crunching to happen. Lawrence remained diligent about answering any and all questions I had, and if he couldn't answer them right away he found someone who could or called me after finding out. Overall it was a great experience, being a first time buyer I was really nervous about stepping onto a lot but there was no pressure and Lawrence was a definite pleasure to work with. The price was great, lower than I expected for the year and mileage in comparison to other cars and I was glad to get a couple bucks worth of trade in from my Saturn. An unexpected benefit was that I didn't have to hassle with going to the DMV, all registrations and transfers of ownership etc was taken care of the same day I purchased the vehicle. I even get to pick up my plates from the dealership. If I end up looking for another car in the future, I will definitely go back here first! Thanks guys, I love my new car! More

I went to Dick says yes not holding my breath since I have been turned down so many times before. Not the case here. The sales managers worked really hard to get me approved and my salesperson, Lance, sp have been turned down so many times before. Not the case here. I was so pleased with the whole experience I brought my mom a couple days later to buy a car and brought my 2 year old daughter. Lance was so great with her and us. I was just blown away. I've never met a car salesperson like him. No pressure at all. Never got frustrated or impatient. Just an all around great guy. I could not imagine buying a car anywhere else or from anyone else!!
