My experience with Corey was amazing! He was super friendly, even though I was a bit up front about how much I hate car dealerships. He was super nice and showed me car after car, until I finally foun friendly, even though I was a bit up front about how much I hate car dealerships. Buying a car is usually a daunting experience, but my buying experience with the "Dick Says Yes" dealership was actually enjoyable! Lance Preston is a great sales person and not your typical used car sal buying experience with the "Dick Says Yes" dealership was actually enjoyable! Lance Preston is a great sales person and not your typical used car salesman. He didn't pressure me to buy something I didn't like and was very patient and helpful in ensuring I got the car I wanted and would be happy with. The buying process didn't take all day like at other dealerships either. I will definitely be recommending Lance and his team to my friends!!! More

He took the time to really explain every detail for me so I knew exactly what I was getting. Rock Sobeck is a great finance guy. My credit was terrible, but they still got me a great deal on a great car. I will absolutely go back to do any future business with them. More

Lawrence Ram was our salesman at the Dick Hannah dealership in Vancouver WA and he went above and beyond to help us find the RIGHT car. He stayed passed closing time on a holiday to help us and was dealership in Vancouver WA and he went above and beyond to help us find the RIGHT car. He stayed passed closing time on a holiday to help us and was not pushy at all. He listened and understood our financial situation. We had already been to two other dealerships in the area and was not satisfied with how pushy they were. I came to Dick Hannah and Lawrence Ram was just the opposite. He even called a few days after to make sure we were still pleased with our new car. He is friendly and treated us like a friend. I will never buy another car any where else. More
