First of all my credit rating isn't the best and this dealership seemed to want to help people like myself. Second of all meeting with Mr.Ram online and talking with him he read me correctly. I have never been to a car dealership, so I was a little nervous about what to expect. All the employees here were very nice and spent A LOT of time working with me. The car they showed me first was nice, but not even close to what I was interested in. They didn't have many cars in my price range and I was about to give up when I come to find out that they had one more car that was about to leave the lot for auction. They explained that there was nothing wrong with it, that they auctioned off all cars that sat on the lot for 90 days or more. I instantly loved the car! It was clean, a 4-door and cute. Tom explained that there was one thing wrong with it, the trunk latch was temperamental and only worked sometimes but it could be opened with the key. After the test drive I decided that I loved the car, signed the papers and was able to take it home that night. A couple days later I was pumping gas and noticed 2 large chunks out of my front tires. I immediately called the manager and he told me to call on Monday (it was Friday evening right before closing and the service department was closed) and speak to Ken in the service department. When I called on Monday, Ken was extremely nice and scheduled an appointment with me. My daughter was sick at the time and I ended up having to reschedule 3 different times. Ken was totally okay with it, and never once sounded frustrated with the fact that I couldn't make it. When I was finally able to drop my car off they put brand new tires on my car and made arrangements for me to pick up my car after business hours due to my work hours. More
