We were in need of a new to us car. My wife and I found Dick says yes and found a car that we wanted. When we got up to the lot we were greeted within seconds of opening the door. They showed us to a table Dick says yes and found a car that we wanted. When we got up to the lot we were greeted within seconds of opening the door. They showed us to a table and got Jacob to come over and help us shortly. Jacob told us right off the bat that he was new to being a salesman and that is nice to know that! The only thing that could have been better is knowing more about all the brands that they carry/sell. After we told them the car that we wanted to look at they said it was over at there VW dealer across town. Instead of making us drive all the way over there(15-20min) they took us in one of there cars. After picking the car up Jacob let us drive al the way back to make sure it was the car we wanted. When we asked to be left alone to talk and look at the car we got there was just ok! Come get us when your done talking/looking. After much talking and tearing the car apart we decided to get it. The price seemed to be a fair market price. More

When I called to set up an appointment with Jim, he was so helpful in emailing me a list of all the paperwork I would need to purchase a new car.
