What a team! This was by far the best car buying experience that I have had. Being a credit challenged individual I was pessimistic of any positive outcome, but I am happy to say I was wrong. My first contact was over the phone with Jim Mahin, I explained my credit issues, (which were numerous) and with his always positive admonition convinced me to come in. When I arrived Jim had other customers so he turned me over to a smiling young salesman named Nick Barnes. At first I was hesitant and a little disappointed that Jim was not the one I would be working with, but my disappointment dwindled rapidly. Nick was very polished, experienced, professional and entertaining, he tended to me rapidly and confidently. I also have to take my hat off to the best finance department I have ever worked with. I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman that helped me with the financing, he was awesome! Anyway to make a short review longer, they got me into my dream car and saved me an additional 10% on my expected finance charges. Thank you to the whole team at Dicksaysyes. Oh and by the way the whole experience only took 2 Hours!!! More

A few month later , since the gas prices were climbing up again we decided to exchange for a better gas efficient car . Our experience was very positive. By the time we got to Dick Hannah and met our awesome salesman Nick Barnes, we had been through the ringer at 3 other dealerships. Nick was upbeat the whole time, he gave us answers to all of our questions. He accompanied us when getting the vehicle checked out by our mechanic, which took about an hour. When it came time to signing the contract, there were no last minute price add ons or changes. The financing department was also very throrough and simple no-nonsense. We honestly never thought we'd have such a great, transparent transaction after all we had been through at other dealerships. We are recommending Dick Hannah Says Yes and their great staff ! More

Great experience. I have horrible credit but ended up walking out in a decent car. There was a problem with the trunk not staying shut, but they fixed it ( I thought ) before I left. I'm taking it back today to see if they will actually fix it, but let's hope that experience is good too. 4/30/12 Well after a month of trying to get the trunk fixed, it finally happened. The bad thing is one employee (out of respect, I won't mention names) kept telling me he was ordering the part and every week he said "oh I forgot to order that, but ill get it done". The next week it was the same thing. The GREAT part. Because they wanted to make it right...after making a complaint, the part was ordered and they did next day shipping, called me when they had it, fixed the problem in under an hour, washed and vacuumed out my car AND gave me about a quarter tank of gas. Sometimes its not about the mistake, its about how are you going to make it right. They did just that. With that follow through and great service, they just gained one more loyal customer. I'm not going any where else when I need a vehicle. I'm reccommending them to everyone I know! More
