Awesome I visited Dick Says Yes due to a referral from a friend. My credit was not great, but I had really been working on improving and rebuilding. Doug wa I visited Dick Says Yes due to a referral from a friend. My credit was not great, but I had really been working on improving and rebuilding. Doug was our salesman and he was excellent. He made the experience so much fun, telling us jokes and chatting with us during the down time, instead of just leaving us to sit alone in a room. The first car they brought out for us was fantastic and we would have been happy to drive away in. Unfortunately it wasnt quite what we were hoping to take home. Due to Doug and Rock being diligent we were able to drive home in a practically brand new car, it was exactly what we wanted and more than we could have hoped for. Thank you! More

Easiest Vehicle Purchase EVER! I have been in the market for a new car for some time, and due to my credit history, delayed because I knew it was going to be an exhaustive process, I have been in the market for a new car for some time, and due to my credit history, delayed because I knew it was going to be an exhaustive process, coupled with hours upon hours in a dealership with all the back and forth, etcetera. Once I decided to take the plunge I started to review dealerships and their inventory online. Lucky me, I stumbled across an SUV on Autotrader.com and the link that took me to Dick Says Yes. Much to my surprise I was able to do nearly everything online. I worked with Rock to apply, value my trade in and locate a car. He was awesome!!! Once everything was in place I went to the dealership, where I worked with Jim Mahin who got me out the door in a little over an hour. Jim was friendly, easygoing and made the signing process a piece of cake. I highly recommend this team and I will be back for sure. Thank you!! More

Good experience with my sales person Lance was my sales person and he was really nice through the process. I was very undecided with what I wanted and it took me quite a while to figure i Lance was my sales person and he was really nice through the process.
