No Hassle I'm an employee at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU). I found Dick Hannah on our work website. They came recommended by our employer, so I tho I'm an employee at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU). I found Dick Hannah on our work website. They came recommended by our employer, so I thought I'd check them out. I filled out the application online and got an answer by next day. Tony Ferriera from Dick Says Yes called me and asked me a couple questions. He even drove down to Portland to pick me up because I don't have a car. Tony's really great and personable. He's easy to talk to. He didn't try to hassle me or make me buy a car I wasn't interested in. He wanted to get me in the car that I want. Besides the long process of car-buying, I had an overall positive experience. Tony and his colleagues explained things to me in easy language. He answered my questions. Most of their used cars come with a 3 month & 12 month warranty and they offer another optional 3-year warranty package. Their staff was also nice enough to check in with me a few days later to ask how things were going. I'd say this was the easiest and least intimidating car-buying experience I've ever had.
