I have always been leery of "car salesman " and Lance has changed my perspective. He was professional, and certainly patient (my daughter wanted a hatchback, and the car had to be a PRETTY color). He not only looked at EVERY car that had a hatchback on his lot, but also took us across town to look at even more cars at a different location. We never felt pressered, or that we were taking up his time. Overall this experience was pain-free and I would again highly recommend this location. More

Just what I wanted was looking online for a new ride and found it. Contacted the dealership regarding this unit. Was contacted by Lance. He took my information and retur was looking online for a new ride and found it. Contacted the dealership regarding this unit. Was contacted by Lance. He took my information and returned my call same day. He gave me very unsettling news regarding my credit, rates,terms etc. That somewhat ended my search. I told him the terms and such that he offered would not work in my situation. A few days later I contacted Lance again. I asked him to find me something I could work with, financially. He called me back with another offer on the unit I did want. They found a lender that would work with my needs and offer terms I could afford. Good job Lance! More
