Amazing I don't have a good credit score, so I was unable to get the first car I wanted. So, I was feeling discouraged and wanted to quit cause I felt I was w I don't have a good credit score, so I was unable to get the first car I wanted. So, I was feeling discouraged and wanted to quit cause I felt I was wasting time. But Forrest encouraged me to wait and search for a car that better suited my financial status. So, I did and he found a couple for me. He was sensitive to my financial situation and kept working with the finance person to get to a comfortable payment price for me. GREAT Experience!!! I walked in on a whim while doing my research - I was preparing to buy my son his first car. I walked on the lot thinking that I knew which car I was I walked in on a whim while doing my research - I was preparing to buy my son his first car. I walked on the lot thinking that I knew which car I was looking for, and I had a price point in mind. Forrest Yocom was the first one to greet us on the lot. Even though I told him that I was NOT going to buy a car that day, he reassured me that he wasn't there to ask me to. He simply wanted to help me find the right car - whether that day or in the future. And he did just that. He took the time to understand my priorities as well as my son's, and he treated us both as if we were his only concern. He also helped us understand which cars best suited our combined top priorities. He did find the perfect car, and was critical in facilitating the conversation between the sales / finance manager and me. I rated the dealership's "quality of work" as "average" simply because Forrest had to advocate for us on a few issues that in my opinion should have been taken care of by the dealership without my asking. Nonetheless, I would highly recommend this dealership, and most especially Forrest. Ask for him - he is fair and knowledgeable. More
