I found a good selection of Expeditions at Suburban Ford from the base line to the Platinum. Les helped sort them out and guided me through my purchase decision with the model that met my specific needs. from the base line to the Platinum. What stood out first was I had set my mind to buying the Platinum edition, which would have resulted in a higher sale for the dealership, but was not as suitable to my mountain forest service/rough road needs as the Limited Max, putting my needs over a higher sale. The sales manager Jim and finance manger Joseph helped to make by decision to buy from Suburban Ford an easy one to make, and continue my 25 year relationship with them. A fair price from the vehicle to the extended warranty, maintenance plan, and financing arrangements. Les, Jim and Joseph made my buying experience comfortable, personable and professional. Five stars. More

Tony was our sales associate at Suburban Ford. He was professional, and well versed on the Bronco Sport we were looking at. He not only emailed us documents, he also called when the email was being sent. He listened to our wants, and made sure we were very happy in the process. He is approachable, has a fun sense of humor, and he truly likes people and hearing about what is important to them. He remembered information we shared with him. We are interested in another pickup, and with the shortage of stock, he encouraged us to buy a pickup we found if it is the one we truly want. No dealer competition. Tony was really good at letting us know how long a particular wait was going to be. He brought us water and made sure we were comfortable. He dressed nice, too. We will definitely ask for Tony first at Suburban Ford if we decide to purchase another rig, or if someone asks us for recommendations. This was a truly enjoyable purchasing experience. More
