My wife had recently bought a Ford F150 from him and I was very impressed with his knowledge, help, and overall professional expertise he displayed. When we first arrived many of the sales staff recognized us and we were warmly welcomed. My truck was getting older and it was time to trade it in. I chose to go back to Suburban Ford and meet with Rick Ross. There were 2 trucks I was looking at and he was extremely helpful by pointing out the differences between the trucks which was extremely important in my decision and purchase. After completing the transition, Mr. Ross suggested I go to the accessories section on the lot and discuss the options available for my vehicle. Overall my experience with each department has friendly and knowledgeable staff. They each knew and recommended the types of upgrades and equipment that I was interested in. They each explained why a different item would better fit my needs than the one I had been looking at. I give Suburban Ford a five star rating and Rick Ross and the staff deserves the same. More
