A truly "nice" experience from start to finish! Having spent almost six months on my own looking for a Good Deal, I gave in to the branding and marketing of Dick Hannah dealership. To be honest I'd say the luck of having Michael Kiss meet me as I wandered into the lot, had much to do with it. He was gracious, calm, almost peaceful, and he LISTENED, and nodded and you just felt like he knew what was going to be Best for me! I wasn't there fifteen minutes before he did exactly that. I drove the car home overnight, fell in love with it, and returned the next day to do the paperwork. It was a good deal on both sides of the desk and Michael seemed like an Old Friend thru it all. I would highly recommend asking for him. And thanks, Dick Hannah Dealership for your service and a really Nice Experience! And Michael? You bud, are a wonderful human being!!! More

And for the first time ever,the experience that I had today at your Honda store was just simply amazing. Michael Kiss is one of the nicest and most helpful salesperson that had help me picked out the 2013 Honda Civic. He took his time to listen to what I wanted and even helped me picked out the car of my dreams. And not only that, he talked to me and kept me company which made this whole entire process so much more better and faster. He is the definition of a great salesperson because he made me feel important and did everything to make me happy unlike other dealers who treated me poorly.
