In just a day, She was able to locat My husband and I were in desperate need of a new car. My husbands sales person who went to work for him was Judy. In just a day, She was able to locate an exact match that would fit our lifestyle, and it was affordable! Even when there were bumps in the road along the way, she was able to quickly smooth them out and make the whole experience just enjoyable. I want to thank everyone whom assisted us in this journey: Judy, our sales person, Jack, our internet contact/sales, and April in finance. We had the best car buying experience We did not plan to buy a car that day, but we did it because of Michael. He greeted us with a smile and explained the new way they are doing business. He was patiently listening to our needs, than showed us some used cars and the new Civic. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and all cars had best prices on the window as he promised. Don't Waste Your Time Haggling I have always thought highly of Honda but for whatever reason have usually ended up with a different brand. I decided to visit Dick Hannah Honda in Va I have always thought highly of Honda but for whatever reason have usually ended up with a different brand. I decided to visit Dick Hannah Honda in Vancouver this time around as part of my hunt for a new vehicle. I was very impressed by my salesman Steve's knowledge and helpfulness. I was able to get a great car at a reasonable price. I will be going back the next time I need a new car and will be recommending this dealership and this salesman to my friends and family. More
