Aundraya was more knowledgeable than most sales reps I have worked with and showed a classy approach The whole process was relaxed yet business like. Aundraya was more knowledgeable than most sales reps I have worked with and showed a classy approach to customer interaction. Past experiences with car buying has been problematic for me and I went into this on the defensive , but it was not necessary. Aundraya was calm , patient and not pushy yet did her job to explain the extras available to add to the car if I wanted them. Other interactions with people in the building were cool and calm and nobody jumped me as I got out of the car to enter the building. Insurance guy was OK when I said no, and the contract lady April was quick and precise. Overall, Hannah Honda had a competitive price, 150 mi price guarantee, .9 % financing, which induced me to finance even though I had the cash, and a maintenance plan that can result in a 10 yr powertrain warranty. So this was a good transaction, my wife loves her new Honda and will probably tell the world about it ! More

Speedy I bought my car recently and in preparation of a loooong trip I wanted the oil changed. They get me right in and out very quickly. Replacement of remote-control for alarm system I expected possible re-wiring of the alarm system, since I was told that particular system is no longer available, which probably would have cost quit I expected possible re-wiring of the alarm system, since I was told that particular system is no longer available, which probably would have cost quite a bit of money. However, it turned out that Tim (don't know his last name) had one in his tool box that he had been hanging onto for several years, thinking that "someday, someone might need that." Well, he was right - I NEEDED IT! So he programmed it for my car, and, bless his heart, he didn't even charge me any labor for it! THEN, your crew did an exterior hand-washing of my car, and I was only there for about an hour, total! I am WELL PLEASED with both the service at Dick Hannah Honda, AND with the friendly, helpfulness of everyone I dealt with in the service center. More

I wasn't really sure If I wanted a new car or truck, but I gave him my interests and he laid out all my options and did the foot work for me. Honda Pilot service We live on the Oregon Coast and this seemed to be the most convenient Honda dealership to visit even though it was still far from home. We were concerned about time to get our repairs done (as we were driving to Portland numerous engine lights had come on and the car was shaking during driving and idling). We dropped the car at the dealership the night before we had scheduled service for it, and received a call by 9 am the next morning from the person servicing our car, Lisa. Lisa was AWESOME - she is the best car maintenance/mechanic person I have ever worked with - very prompt in returning phone calls, was honest about what repairs were needed and costs up front, and was very timely knowing that we needed to have the car to return home the next day. Great experience overall. More

Car shopping was actually enjoyable! Jake was awesome! I saw a car at DickHannah.com that I liked and he tracked it down.Within minutes I was test driving my first and last car for this c Jake was awesome! I saw a car at DickHannah.com that I liked and he tracked it down.Within minutes I was test driving my first and last car for this car buying experience. I fell in love. Jake sat with us and chatted while we waited for the loan approval. His great salesmanship also convinced us to switch car insurance carriers. I never even knew Dick Hannah had an All State agent on site. We walked in around 8:30 and walked out with a "new to me car" and a new car insurance company that is saving us a ton. He even called me about a week later to make sure I'm still loving my car. Thanks Jake! More
