Jake sat with us and chatted while we waited for the loan approval. His great salesmanship also convinced us to switch car insurance carriers. I never even knew Dick Hannah had an All State agent on site. We walked in around 8:30 and walked out with a "new to me car" and a new car insurance company that is saving us a ton. I purchased I have been dealing with Dick Hannah Honda since 1980. The one thing that has never changed is their commitment to customer satisfaction. I purchased my last Honda Element from Noah Rodeman in 2008 and the experience was great. I have had 100% satisfaction for 6 years with the service department so there was no doubt our next vehicle would be another Honda. We went to the dealership with the intention of buying a new 2014 Honda CRV. We asked for Noah and found out he had taken a position in management. He still took the time to show us several different cars on the lot then introduced us to Nick Barnes who would be our actual salesman. Nick was very professional, knowledgeable and listened to what we were looking for in the vehicle. After looking at several different cars we choose a vehicle to purchase and the process was amazingly easy. Within a short period of time we were done and had purchased the car. Nick spent a considerable amount of time making sure we understood the all of the features and even set up both of our mobile devices to sync with the system in the CRV.
