Dick Hannah changed how my husband feels about car salesmen! My husband dislikes car salesmen so much he actually sent our 7 yr old and myself to scope out the cars available while he text messaged what he wante My husband dislikes car salesmen so much he actually sent our 7 yr old and myself to scope out the cars available while he text messaged what he wanted....from home. I know, ridiculous, right? He must have some traumatic experience he hasn't shared with me about scary, pushy, intimidating car salesmen monsters from his past. I finally got him to come in, mostly after threatening to bring home the Chevy Cruze that I had fallen in love with, and he was introduced to Grant Brady and Kirk, who's last named escapes me, sorry Kirk. Grant and Kirk completely restored my husband's faith in mankind, well, no, just car salesmen. Grant and Kirk were friendly, not pushy, and open to what Tom wanted in his next car. (Which, btw, was definatley NOT the Chevy Cruze. Sad face.) Grant listened to what Tom wanted and what was most important to him. Grant was available and not at all put off by my husbands desire to squish his 6ft 2 frame into any and all little sports cars. Grant even maneuvered himself into the back of the Mini Cooper with my 7 yr old just so Tom and I could get a feel for the car both from the front seats. I cannot tell you how happy that guy is driving his 2006, Canary yellow Ford Mustang. I said it looks like The General Lee in our driveway. He wants to call it The Colonal Mustard. He was so at ease by Grant and Kirk that he is talking about coming back for my new car waaaay earlier than we had discussed. Thanks guys!! (Hold on to that white Chevy Cruze, I'm coming for it!)
