Their upfront bottom line pricing eliminated that slick Willy salesman ick that turns off most perspective buyers.They had the best product for the money and Dick Hannah's 10 year 100K warranty sealed the deal. Why I love Dick Hanna Honda! I purchased my car 7 years ago from Dick Hanna Honda, my first new car ever! Since then I get all my service done at this dealership, and I must tell I purchased my car 7 years ago from Dick Hanna Honda, my first new car ever! Since then I get all my service done at this dealership, and I must tell you, that the Service Department is of the highest quality, and truly cares for their customer. Lisa Maunu and her team are the team I traditionally work with, although I have in the past worked with others. I am always greeted with a cheerful attitude, and my car is always washed and done well before the quoted turn around time. When I started working with Lisa a few years ago, the quality of care kicked up a few notches. Who would have thought that it could have gotten better than what I had already experienced, but, it did. Lisa has become someone I would call friend, she has performed well above and beyond the expected duty of her station. She is engaging, informative and just a real pleasure to do business with. I give her a hug each time I see her. Driving from Wilsonville, OR to Vancouver, WA is just a pleasure when I come up to get my service done. I very much look forward to seeing the team, and especially Lisa. I do not like the dealer suggesting that service not recommended in the manufactures manual be The general service of the vehicle has been adequate. I do not like the dealer suggesting that service not recommended in the manufactures manual be performed. To me this is just lining the pockets of the dealership. Consumer Reports agrees with that. I objected to the excessive tire pressures that the dealer adjusted the tires to during a service. The door plate and Honda's recommendation was 32 lbs when cold. My tires were set at 36, 36, 36, 35.5. When I inquired about the adjustment, I was told that they always set them at 34 lbs and that was within Honda's specifications. They also said that their gauges had previously been erratic and that they had replaced them. After objecting to the settings, the individual kept saying that they would set them to whatever I wanted. There is a reason that the myriad of engineers at Honda recommend specific pressures. I didn't like the individuals manner or responses. More

We started with a list of cars that intrigued me that I had seen on the website. But when I saw a 2013 CIvic SI in the parking lot it just seemed right. Andy was very patient as I test drove several cars I was interested in and gave me ll the information I needed to make my final decision to buy the Civic. He did not try and influence me into any cars and had a great sense of humor as he patiently waited for me to make my decision. I never felt pressured and felt that I had the bet possible situation as he gave me objective views on the cars I was looking at in his dealership as well as facts on new vehicles I was looking at from other dealerships. Really a great experience and I will definitely be referring friends to Dick Hannah and to Andy Watson in particular when they are looking to purchase a car. The no pressure philosophy this dealership has really resonated with me and was a breath of fresh air after dealing with other local dealerships in the days before coming to this lot. More

Natalie was the best sales agent I have ever worked with! She was so nice and helpful, she was never pushy which I loved and she went above and beyond to make sure I got the car I wanted. I have told everyone I know to go to dick Hannah and ask for Natalie when needing to buy any car. When I got my windows tinted she let me use her car so I didn't have to wait in the shop all day with my four year old, I mean who does that? Only Natalie that's how much she cares she was willing to let me take her car so I could tint my windows after buying the car....amazing More
