The Best Price policy at Dick Hannah Honda made it phenomenally easy to buy my new car! Lewis Williams, my salesperson, answered all my questions about the car and the buying process with a smile. Everyone at Dick Hannah Honda was friendly, courteous and helpful. I still can't believe I bought a new car, they made it so easy! There was no pressure to buy, just useful information given in response to my questions. The dealership went out of their way to find the car I wanted in the color I preferred at another dealership and trade for it. Also, they were extremely fair in valuing my the car I was trading in on my new Honda. I have been bragging about Dick Hannah Honda, Lewis Williams, and everyone else on the team to friends from coast to coast! I am excited to begin this relationship that will last for years thanks to Dick Hannah Honda's customer loyalty program which includes, among other wonderful stuff, free tires for the life of the car! I take my Honda Accord to Hannah's for an annual inspection and servicing. I have always found the them to be thorough, friendly, and willing to answer questions about any aspect of the inspection f inspection and servicing. I particularly like the summary that they send out electronically to owners with email access to report on the inspection. It allows the owner time to think and consider what he/she wants done before speaking to service staff. More

Based on our research, we had narrowed our car search down to a few makes. Dick Hannah's Vancouver Auto Mall had them all. Tim, a relatively new Dick Hannah employee whom my husband had met when he was down to a few makes. Dick Hannah's Vancouver Auto Mall had them all. Tim, a relatively new Dick Hannah employee whom my husband had met when he was helping one of our daughters and her husband look for a new car, greeted us with a big smile, remembered David's name, and then dove right in to help us find the best fit for our needs. Since I am in a wheelchair, Tim let my husband "test drive" the trunks of each car we were interested in to make sure my wheelchair fit. It didn't always fit, but he kept helping us until we found the model that worked for my wheelchair and accommodated my long legs, plus was highly rated in Consumer Reports. Tim then found us the perfect color. No white or black for us - we found a Honda Civic in dyno blue pearl. Tim was great through the whole purchasing process, explaining every step and emphasizing the company policy of transparency, which we found refreshing. We appreciated sitting at a table in their showroom, instead of being sequestered in a tiny room. We were so glad for their best price policy so we didn't have to wonder if we were negotiating well or getting had. It was almost two hours after the official closing time before we were done, but Tim never complained and was as upbeat and positive as ever. It was late when my husband left the dealership, so Tim asked him to come back in the morning so he could fill the tank with gas! We didn't expect that - a full tank courtesy of the dealership! (In the midst of getting things moved from our trade-in t the Civic, my handicap placard was left behind. When we came to get the tank filled, Tim had my placard in hand.) Tim cheerfully walked across the street to personally put the gas in our car and wished us a great day. We couldn't be happier! More

I avoided buying a new car for years since the gaming, psychological posturing, and dishonesty seemed endemic to car sales. Several years ago I purchased a car from Hannah so when the need arose for another vehicle, Hannah was my first and last stop. I started by checking out their great selection of vehicles available on their website. I put in an inquiry for a few I liked and Lewis promptly called me right back with all the information. He was very informative and friendly and I was actually excited to go see the cars on the lot thank to Lewis. After arriving on the lot and meeting Lewis Williams I knew that I had made the right choice in returning to Hannah for my new car. Lewis was great, showed us a number of vehicles, never got frustrated or lost his smile and charm even when we kept changing our mind on what cars we liked. Buying a new car had never been easier. It was so quick and painless that before I knew it, my husband and I were driving off the lot in not one but two great new cars. The prices could not be beat and we both love our new PT Cruisers! We felt it was time for a new economy car mainly for our son to drive. I was always impressed with the quality, engineering and reputation of Honda cars, so I did my research for several days on the various son to drive. I was always impressed with the quality, engineering and reputation of Honda cars, so I did my research for several days on the various websites, comparisons, reviews and forums on the internet, and decided that a 2012 Honda Fit was ideal for our needs. I decided to check out Dick Hannah Honda in Vancouver, WA, as this was the nearest and most convenient from our residence. I had several unpleasant experiences with car buying in the past, so I was prepared to walk out if the atmosphere, price or selection was not right for me. Dick Hannah Honda did not disappoint, and they exceeded my expectations in every way. From the introductions, to the test drive, trade-in appraisal, purchase and final closing they were very professional, warm, friendly and I was made to feel I am a valued customer in a long-term relationship. The price was right, and I am impressed with the boatload of perks that came with the car and with the dealership facilities and service. My buying experience with Dick Hannah Honda is one of the few instances where I can say I got a good and fair deal, and will look forward to my next Honda from Dick Hannah.
