Dick Hannah Honda

I purchased a 2006 Dodge Dakota from this dealership and it seems that after you make the vehicle purchase they do not give a crap about you. I discovered that the center console would not open up like its it seems that after you make the vehicle purchase they do not give a crap about you. I discovered that the center console would not open up like its supposed to and I tried to have someone look at it and they giving me the runaround. I brought the truck in to have the console repaired and they said they need to order a part and I have not heard from them in over a week. Its been 3 weeks since the purchase and I have not received my registration for my truck. It has never taken that long for my previous auto purchases at other dealers. More

We called in to dealer regarding a 2008 Honda Accord EX-L. We were told that evening we had to schedule an appointment with Mark Cortez; which we did for 1030am the next day. Mark sent us an email sta EX-L. We were told that evening we had to schedule an appointment with Mark Cortez; which we did for 1030am the next day. Mark sent us an email stating the car would be parked out front and he would be waiting for us to arrive, and to please contact him if we would be late. When we arrived at the dealer, we waited for 15 minutes for somebody to find Mark Cortez, then another salesperson came out and told us Mark isn't here, and neither is the vehicle. We had driven 1.5 hours to the scheduled appointment specifically to see this car. It was very upsetting that we had made the drive, to a scheduled appointment and nobody had the courtesy to inform us the car was no longer there. Furthermore, the salesperson told us the car sold the night before. The dealer had both our phone number and email. Considering the steps we had to go through to see a vehicle, it would have been nice if they had contacted us prior to making the drive. Overall it felt to us they did this to simply get us to show up at the dealership, and then attempt to sell us vehicles we were not interested in. We will never do business with this company, nor recommend them to anybody we know. More

My husband and I went in with low expectations, the thought of buying a car was NOT how I wanted to spend my day.
