I visited my local Honda dealer and was not thrilled with the "Let's write it up so you can drive it home today." When I asked for their lowest price so I could do my homework, they tried to get me to tell the "Let's write it up so you can drive it home today." The "sales manager" then left, came back and circled a price. "This is the number you need to start with if you are going to shop around." It turned out to be the dealer cost (I knew this in advance) and almost $4000 under the original offer they presented me with. I told them I would call back and give them an opportunity to earn my business once I did my homework. I then went to the Dick Hannah's website, entered the information for the vehicle I was interested in and the instant quote that turned up on the website was pretty close to dealer cost. I then called and talked to Scott Doyle. I explained what I was looking for and he e-mailed me a quote within 5 minutes with the price I had just received on their website. I called back my local dealer as I said I would and gave them the number. They came back saying if I could just come up $500, they could go get the vehicle. Sorry, but $500 is $500 and I was really not liking the way I was being "handled". I called Scott back and explained that I wanted a particular model and color and knew they would have to find it because none were in stock in the local area. For two days, Scott hunted for my vehicle and found one in Roseburg. Scott kept me informed throughout the research phase leaving messages for me at home, work and cell phone just to be sure I received them. When he called to inform me that he had found the vehicle in Roseburg, I was thrilled. Once the vehicle was transferred to Vancouver, we arranged to meet Scott at the dealership. We drove away extremely impressed with the vehicle as well as the incredible service we received. Scott Doyle's follow through, professionalism and straight-up answers convinced us that buying a new vehicle can be an enjoyable experience without having to break the bank. We now recommend Scott Doyle at Dick Hannah to everyone who enquires about our new vehicle! More

I took it in for repair and mentioned my disappointment to the service writer and left. When I came to pick it up, I was surprised by a ZERO bill. The sales manager covered it. They had no responsibility to make repairs on a "loss leader" "as is" sale. I didn't even have to ask ! WOW. Now I'm looking for a new car... guess where my first stop will be. From the first call I had made, I had nothing but great people trying to help me. The salesperson that stood beside me and helped me get into my car was Mark Cortez. I called him numerous times a week. He even went as far as emailing me weekly and daily for the specifics I was looking for. He went above and beyond by even walking around the parking lot while I stood on the other side of the street and gave him a thumbs up to get me some information! He was FANTASTIC!! I would recommend him for all sales. He isn’t pushy nor does he make you feel that you have to purchase a vehicle on the spot. He makes sure you are happy. Even though, I ran into a few bumps in the road with my car purchase and had to even return the car I picked due to a safety concern, he helped me through it all. He came in on his days off and even played and colored with my 4 yr old son that was with me. This is one exceptional guy that will not take advantage of you at all! After I finally got the car that fits my family, he called to make sure that I was happy and satisfied. They did everything in their power to get me into a car for my family! I would really hope that you would ask for Mark Cortez the next time you are looking for a car! More

Barbie was great. I requested to me contacted by email and another dealer would only call me. When I called in and Barbie answered the phone she was even willing to work via text message.
