These people are the experts. They also happen to be friendly and service oriented while still being professional. The positive feedback was what really sold me on giving HH a try. I made an appointment. They were ready when I arrived. I was informed of a few other issues with the car that needed to be addressed for safety, performance and comfort. There were no 'hidden costs' that arose. For all Honda owners, I recommend Dick Hannah Honda for all your service and repairs. I will give them a chance to sell me a new Odyssey if this one ever needs replacing but while they have the controls on the service, I don't expect to need a new car for a long time. I have and older Honda Accord that needed some well needed maintenance. I didn't have an appointment and just drove right up. Natalie greeted me and from that point on it was great she quoted me a pr needed maintenance. I didn't have an appointment and just drove right up.
