I went in to have the slider door seal replaced on my 2008 Honda Odessey. (The seal was under warranty and thus free.) In fact, when I asked Tom if I could be assured fast service he used my favorite phrase of all time: "We'll make it happen for you." All and all, I was there and home in just over an hour. Because of Tom's personal attention I am highly likely to return again for any future help needed. More

The positive feedback was what really sold me on giving HH a try. I made an appointment. They were ready when I arrived. I was informed of a few other issues with the car that needed to be addressed for safety, performance and comfort. There were no 'hidden costs' that arose. For all Honda owners, I recommend Dick Hannah Honda for all your service and repairs. I will give them a chance to sell me a new Odyssey if this one ever needs replacing but while they have the controls on the service, I don't expect to need a new car for a long time. I have and older Honda Accord that needed some well needed maintenance. I didn't have an appointment and just drove right up.
