Excellent service on my 2008 Odyssey van...completed in promised timeframe. The staff were very helpful, pulled my van under cover so I didn't need to go out in the pouring rain! I own a 2003 Honda Civic Hybrid and was having warning lights come on. The service department determined the problem was a bad IMA battery. They informed the replacement was going to cost $3,300. I took my car in for a warranty item. They were both courteous and professional. They found and took care of additional items on the car. The shuttle driver was excellent and friendly. Example - Jason reported to me I had a tire that looked damaged and might need to be replaced, (I had already had the tire checkedd by the tire company and they had given it an ok) I felt that the team was looking out for me as well as my car for safety. I have NEVER left a car dealership in such a good mood holding my head high! I'm a single mother with three growing children and my credit is not so great. Not once did I feel that I wasn't worthy of thei holding my head high! I'm a single mother with three growing children and my credit is not so great. Not once did I feel that I wasn't worthy of their time because of my less than perfect credit. I was afraid I would have to pay an unreasonable down payment and monthly payments for a vehicle that would "work" for my budget. I didn't feel pressured into buying a car that I was not interested in. I let Vincent know what my price range and down payment were and what vehicle I was looking for. It didn't take him long to locate a 2002 Tahoe that I fell in love with. I filled out the paperwork and let them work their magic. I received a call the next day to come and sign the final paperwork to take my car home. My kids were excited when I picked them up from school in a car that was nice looking and had more room. I have had my new car for three days now and I'm still very proud that I was able to drive off the lot with it. I want to thank Vincent, Dick Hannah, and the financial institute that gave me another chance to fix my credit. More
