This was my very first service on my new Accord and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the work area and at how obliging everyone was. I was told that my car would be ready in one hour so I walked around the showroom and out into the new car area. I was approached by a salesman who explained to me all about the new FIT that I was looking at. He was very well informed and demonstrated how the seats folded to make room for luggage,etc. My car was ready in good time and I paid cash at the office,received my receipt and went upon my way. I had other business at the Corporate Office and was given directions which made it easy to find. There I saw Tammy, who took care of the problem that I had with the title of my new car. When we leave our Honda CRV for service, we must wait for it, as we have no other transportation. Dick Hannah is a very convenient place to leave it as there is lots to do in the area (shopping, restaurants it, as we have no other transportation. We called for an appointment, got one the next day at a very convenient time. While we went off to have lunch and go shopping our Honda was serviced. It was ready much sooner than promised and we were notified by cell phone. --Very happy with the work; the price was less than we had expected, and everyone was very friendly and helpful. More
I brought my car in to have the tire looked at because it was leaking air. They said they fixed it but when I got home the tire pressure was still low and continued to leak the rest of the week. I am so frustrated that they didn't fix it right the first time. Now I have to bring it back to be looked at a second time, and I have a new job with a new schedule and it is extremely inconvenient. When I called back to make my appt. for the second time, they could have cared less. Also, they say it is a four hour repair job since it couldn't have been done the first time. So, I have to take time off work to get this fixed when it should have been done already! So annoyed at Dick Hannah!!!! More
i popped in to d.h. with my accord one saturday am before heading to the beach. thought i might check the cost of a tranny flush.. they had no problem putting me right in line even though i had no appt. wh heading to the beach. thought i might check the cost of a tranny flush.. they had no problem putting me right in line even though i had no appt. whenever i go to ANY dealer, especially for service, i feel like the staff doesnt think i have the foggiest idea about auto mechanics. and i do. thats just my little pet peeve maybe. that and dealer prices for oem parts (like special honda a.t.f.) always sorta shock me. they thought i should drop 91 bucks for a new oil pressure sending unit that apparently is seeping oil... pretty sure i could fix the leak with some goodies that i have already in the garage... but i have to say that overall my experience with dick has been pleasant- i dont hate them like some other car dealers, they didnt pressure me too much about expensive nonsense either, like i thought they would. i left 170 dollars lighter, but i expected something like that going in; took maybe two hours or a little less. pretty cool of them to fit me in like that w/o appt. handy indeed More
I thought that Leslie was friendly and very astute to make sure that we got the best service possible. He was friendly and gave us the information we needed and made sure that we left with a car that wa make sure that we got the best service possible. Went to Hannah looking to get into a new truck and was helped by Jason Carter. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. They didn't have the specific truck I was looking for but I would definitely recommen helped by Jason Carter. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was very comfortable; he seemed eager to help me and he sought out to make sure I walked away not only pleased with my first car buying experience, but also that I was pleased with the car. Called to schedule an appointment and only had to wait a couple of days. Took car in and was received in service as scheduled. Car needed new rear brakes and the service personnel were very good to work w couple of days. Took car in and was received in service as scheduled.
