I met Titan as he was introduced to us as a "hybrid expert" He certainly does know his stuff! He had us test drive the Insight (wasn't for me in the end) and then said that with the incentives, a Civi expert" He certainly does know his stuff! I really liked the Civic, but had pretty much eliminated it solely because of price. I didn't buy that day, but kept emailing Titan with a dizzying array of questions. He was very prompt in replying and very straightforward with his answers. He was true to his word and overall, very pleasant to deal with. I would (and already have) recommend him to my friends. I'm very pleased with my car and overall, very pleased with the car-buying experience. I haven't needed service yet, but a fried who also bought from Hannah said the service department was very good, as well. If you're in the market for a Honda, do NOT skip these guys! I contacted Dick Hannah Honda through their Internet Sales Department and was helped by Saeed Anwar. He was very helpful and never made me feel that I was under any pressure whatsoever. I came in and was met with very friendly people and initially was helped by Brian. I ended up with a Honda Fit. I had some initial misgivings at first and went back to see if I might look at another car. Saeed was such a great help and didn't make me feel stupid and took his time helping me look at other vehicles, of which I looked at and finally ended up with the Fit after all. But he was so nice to take the time and not pressure me and since the Fit wasn't in at the time, he gave me a very nice loaner car. When I picked up my car after it arrived, I was surprised with a couple of nice "extras" on it. I would recommend Saeed to anyone who wants to be treated with respect and also a "pressure-free" experience. More
