I recently purchased a 2008 Honda CRV from Hannah Honda at Vancouver Auto Mall and can't say enough good things about the experience. After spending a good deal of time negotiating with me very fairly (and I wasn't easy!), the purchase was finalized and I was a very happy customer. Even though the business had closed fr the day by this point, Jason spent a great deal of time explaining the features of the car, satisfactorily answering questions and never rushing me. Prior to my purchase, I had made contact with the Honda dealers in Portland and felt Hannah was the most professional. As an example, when I mentioned to Jason that one Portland salesman made a negative remark about Hannah, I was impressed that he didn't retaliate with a negative comment about that dealership. That, in my book, is class! I can't recommend Jason and Hannah Honda enough! More

We wanted to buy a Honda Accord and a friend of mine who has purchased a car from Saeed reffered me to him. I met Saeed at the dealership and he made it such a pleasant experience to buy a car. Not only was he no pressure and informative, he put us completely at ease, gave us great car buying tips and was a pleasure to do business with. We had been shopping for a car for us and a friend of ours. Finally I sent an inquiry online and within minutes Saeed called, provided me enough information to make my decision. I took two of my other friends and we bought two cars from Saeed at Dick hannah Honda. We will recommend him to anyone who is shopping for a vehicle and needs a caring person to deal with. He even picked one of our friends from the Airport and then made sure his car was delivered at his house as well. Great customer service by him. More

I had looked around at other dealerships but none even are worth saying in the same breath as Dick hannah HOnda. I ha the folks at Dick hannah Honda. I had had my Wife's Odyssey serviced there for the past two years and wished i had boughten her vehicle there by the way they take care of her car, and it wasn't even purchased at their store. The store i purchased her car at wouldn't even give me the security code, i had to go to Dick Hannah Honda to her my wifes security code. That is the time i realized i should buy my next car at Dick Hannah Honda. I am so grateful for all of the staffs help and their respectful, punctual and gracious attitude towards me and my needs. Inquired about a few trucks via internet. I got an immediate response from Scott Doyle with information and an offer to meet with us. Upon arrival he had a truck ready for us to look at. Event though it didn't meet our needs we immediatly found a couple of Ridgeline's and Scott was great at working with us and had such a personal style about him. We talked less about business and more about anything. He went above and beyond understanding our terms and following up after the sale. We have purchased a few vehicles with D.Hannah, but he is the best by far. More
