My wife and I recently purchased a 2009 Honda Fit at Hannah Honda. Nora Smith was our salesperson and she was very pleasant to work with. At one point during the paperwork, we had a typical dealership moment where we would have walked out, had it not been for Nora. I let her know that because of the manner in which she treated us, she saved the sale. There were a few glitches after the sale that Nora handled very well, even going out of her way to make everything right. Most of the other sales staff also were friendly and tried to make our experience a good one. Scott was helpful in explaining the technology that was built into the car. I went into Dick Hannah yesterday, drove and looked at so many cars. After going home, my brother and I went back. Leslie McCulley helped me find the perfect car. I got a 2005 New Beetle! I love it! They lived up to their stellar reputation, and Scott really knocked himself out to answer all my questions, show me all my options, worked with Reuban to find me exactly the car that fit my criteria and budget, and followed up on every detail! Scott even personally went and picked up the car I had settled on (it was at another location) and managed to get the great service department to install a couple of options (late in the day on a Saturday!) so I could drive away in my new Accord EX the very same day! This is, without doubt, the best car-buying experience I've EVER had in 30 years of car ownership. More
