We were really happy with the time and attention Brian McLane gave us. We didn't feel pressured like you do at most dealerships and we LOVED that. The only thing I'm not crazy about (well actually I don't like at all) is the part of the "Customers For Life" program that, while it offers a free car was every month, I just now learned that I have to go into the dealership to get a voucher every time I want a car wash. This is way too much work for a simple car wash and I find it to be a misleading offer. That's why my "overall experience" was not a 5.
