I have alway been told to never trust and question everything your being told. Some great advice given to me was to go online ans see what others are saying about thier own experience at dealers after reading many reviews I found that Hannah Honda had more postive reviews then any other so I decided to give them a chance. I found them to be very upfront and provided me with all the information that I had requested before visiting their store. I had set up an appt on arrival the car we had talked about was pulled up front all ready to go, I drove it and loved it and becuase we had discussed what I was ulitmatly looking to acomplish it made things go even that much quicker. My sales person was very knowledgable and made sure that I was comfortalbe and knew exatly what was taking place from one moment to the next. I urge any one who is currently looking to buy a vehicle to go online and see what people just like you are saying about their experiences. It's one thing for a maufacture, dealer, saleperson, ect... to tell you or sell you on their product or service but if you want the real story listen to your peers. I would have given up on Honda had it not been for him restoring faith in civility and good humanship, after some less than satisfactory experiences with Honda dealerships in the Puget Sound, in particular, West Hills Honda of Bremerton (see my other review). Although their location is rather far from the rest of the state, they are well worth it once you know which model and specs you want, especially if they have the vehicle in stock. It wouldn't be surprising if other dealers in the state obtain vehicles from them in trade to meet their customers' choices, only to sell to them at a higher profit. Their service facilities are top notch and customer courtesy is well implemented throughout. One can almost sense the family-run style business atmosphere and you get the impression that employees are actually satisfied working there. More

Well, I finally decided that it was time to park my gas guzzling SUV and move to a decent econobox type car. I didn't know what to expect, but I decided to do a little internet research and see what type of inventory was available. By the time it was all said and done, I was looking at a few Honda's at the DickHannah auto mall. I met with Marcus Amicci who was a very well polished sales guy. He taught me a lot about the cars they had and really helped me get over my barrier that has stopped my from buying foreign cars in the past. The whole process was great and I'm incredibly happy with the car. I was impressed with his knowledge and how he really helped me turn the corner. If you're going to get a Honda, talk to Marcus and he can teach you a thing or two. More

At one point, he drove all the way to another dealer in Portland (during rush hour) to pick up a car for us to test drive. WOW! Even when we left Dick Hannah to "think about it", Scott never pressured or "guilted" us into buying the car... he was very professional and pleasant the whole time (which is more than I can say about the manager, who was kind of rude and tried to make us feel guilty about not buying the car). But Scott was awesome and we ended up coming back the next day to buy the car because we were so impressed with how Scott treated us (and it was also a great car at a good price). If it wasn't for Scott's great attitude and all his help and hard work, we may not have bought the car and just gone somewhere else. But Scott really made the difference and we can't thank him enough for all his help; he is hands down the BEST salesman I've ever interacted with. Thank you Scott Doyle! More
