We just purchased our 3rd truck for our business, but this is the first one bought from Dick Hanna and Saeed Anwar, our salesman. Saeed met us exactly where we were at, understanding our situation...and he even played with our son! He made the process go quickly and as painlessly as I have ever seen in all my car/truck buying days. Everyone there treated us with the utmost respect and we really didn't feel like we were in a "Car Dealership" (you know what I mean), I never felt like I was being scammed by a slimy salesperson. I purchase a Honda Fit from another dealer in the Portland area. They didn't have any on site but it was the same with all the other dealers. I took there advice and put down a deposit to get the nex Portland area. They didn't have any on site but it was the same with all the other dealers. I took there advice and put down a deposit to get the next one that arrived. 3 moths later, no car. I finally got tired of waiting and started calling the other dealers in Portland. When I got to Dick Hannah, I spoke with Chris Taylor. He understood my frustrations, apparently this is a common tactic used in the area. He explained that Dick Hannah does not sell cars unless they have the VIN number from Honda. He apologized for not having any available, but offered to call or email me when they do. About a week later I get the call and an email with the VIN number. When I arrived the manager helped me with the paperwork and I was done in about an hour with no money out of pocket. My car arrived about 2 weeks later and I have been very happy since. Thank you Chris for making this easy! More

Saeed was very helpful. He knows his job and is very knowledgeable about the vehicle. His approach is very friendly, does not push like the typical car salesman. My husband researched the Honda Ridgeline online, and was contacted by Audra Cowan. She was very friendly and helpful. When we came in to look at cars, Saeed Anwar helped us. We were very impressed with the vehicle, and after leaving, emailed many questions to Audra, which were quickly answered. We came in again just a few days later and made our purchase. Everything went smoothly, and again, Saeed was wonderful to deal with. I've never said that about a car salesman before! The price was given to us up front, with no haggling like we have experienced at other places. Our financing was handled promptly and we got an excellent interest rate! We were very happy with our entire experience and would highly recommend Dick Hannah Honda! More

I had a wonderful experience at Dick Hannah Honda. I initially had contact with Saeed Anwar and Audra Cowan, in the Internet Department by email. When I came in to look at a car, I met with Brian McCla initially had contact with Saeed Anwar and Audra Cowan, in the Internet Department by email. When I came in to look at a car, I met with Brian McClane who was very helpful and spent a lot of time with me. Everyone in the showroom was incredibly polite and friendly. I was looking for a Honda Fit, so I ended up waiting a while for the car, however, they took very good care of me and loaned me one of their vehicles until my car came in (and it was a nice one too!) My follow up with Saeed Anwar was wonderful and he was very helpful and made me feel as if his only goal was to make me happy. I need to mention that I came in with my father and Saeed treated him with a great deal of care and respect, which is hard to find these days. In order to get my car to me they delivered one that was due to come in with some extras on it that I had not originally ordered, so I actually received more than I bargained for. All of this care for me as a client, even though I was not looking for an expensive car and I know I wasn’t a huge sale for them, but they always treated me like I was. Joe Carter in financing was also great to work with and got me a great interest rate on my loan. More

My experience turned out much better than I had thought it would be. I was looking at vehicles but I didn't think that I would actually be purchasing one. He didn't lay any pressure tactics and he didn't try to stick me with a car that I wouldn't have liked. He understood that I wanted a quality car with a reasonable price. That's exactly what I got! Although the car I purchased was no longer under warranty, I feel good about Dick Hannah doing the best that they can to do a check on their vehicles and to inform the customers of the items that need to be addressed. Depending on what it is, they will repair it. If they don't repair it, they will list the things that are wrong and give an estimate as to how much it may cost for the buyer to have it done. I really enjoyed my experience with Ather and the rest of the crew that I met at the Dick Hannah Budget Lot! Thanks for all your assistance! More
