Nick and Scotty were phenomenal. I truly thought getting a new car was a pipe dream and I walked in expecting to be disappointed and frustrated with yet another salesman. Scotty did not reassure me to upgrade a single thing a single time. I wanted what I saw at face value and nothing more. I wanted the coverage that came with the car, not to upgrade a million things. Scotty new this and didn’t push a single thing on me. And somehow Nick managed to get me a monthly payment and APR that I seriously thought was impossible. I’m still waiting for a bankruptcy to be dropped off in three years. I have put in massive amounts of effort and due diligence to repair my credit since I filed and apparently it has paid off. Nick had to work to find approval, but he didn’t give up and gave me far better than I ever dreamt of. Seriously. Phenomenal. I’m so glad I drove up here from Oregon and trusted my instinct. I could tell from the phone call I made that I was making the right choice. More

I don’t normally write reviews but I found this situation pretty outstanding. I came in to see about fixing my older Honda….. I found out it would cost possibly thousands, which I couldn’t do. So this amazin pretty outstanding. I came in to see about fixing my older Honda….. I found out it would cost possibly thousands, which I couldn’t do. So this amazing man who’s name is Joey took such care of us, beyond any kindness and care for our needs, we walked out with a brand new Honda within a very reasonable monthly cost and interest rate, all from a person who that we could not have a new care. Connor from Sales was so helpful and knowledgeable about the different features each car had. I came in with very specific features I was looking for and he was able to track down the model that had all of the different features each car had. He also set up a trade so I can purchase the color I wanted and helped me set up a reservation for it so that I got first dibs on it when it arrived. The whole process only took less than 3 weeks from the day I walked in for the first time. I absolutely love my new car: 2022 Civic Touring. Connor was also very knowledgeable about the different warranties that my new car came with through Dick Hannah Honda, as well as additional warranties for purchase. He also explained the warranties differences and financial differences to me regarding financing vs. leasing. He was also very accommodating for my schedule and stayed late to help me take home my car ASAP, even though I got off work close to normal closing hours. I highly recommend Dick Hannah Honda and working with Connor. :) More
