Connor from Sales was so helpful and knowledgeable about the different features each car had. I came in with very specific features I was looking for and he was able to track down the model that had all of the different features each car had. I came in with very specific features I was looking for and he was able to track down the model that had all of them. He also set up a trade so I can purchase the color I wanted and helped me set up a reservation for it so that I got first dibs on it when it arrived. The whole process only took less than 3 weeks from the day I walked in for the first time. I absolutely love my new car: 2022 Civic Touring. Connor was also very knowledgeable about the different warranties that my new car came with through Dick Hannah Honda, as well as additional warranties for purchase. He also explained the warranties differences and financial differences to me regarding financing vs. leasing. He was also very accommodating for my schedule and stayed late to help me take home my car ASAP, even though I got off work close to normal closing hours. I highly recommend Dick Hannah Honda and working with Connor. :) More
