Excellent Service I worked with Scott Doyle. My wife and I worked with him before and he literally came to Hillsboro and we did the lease deal at our dining room table. I worked with Scott Doyle. My wife and I worked with him before and he literally came to Hillsboro and we did the lease deal at our dining room table. We wanted to do the same thing, but the lease deal was going to end within 24 hours so we did most of the deal over the phone and I drove in to trade my car in and to sign the paperwork. When I got there most everything was ready to go and all I had to do was wait a bit while they detailed the car and sign the paperwork. I would say beginning to end it was an hour and a half maybe. Scott is super friendly and really went above and beyond for us. We will for sure use him again. Thanks Scott! More

Unfortunately, today I was “lucky” to have my car looked at 4 hours after my designated appointment time. The fact that I was waiting for the car seemed to make no difference until I spoke with the service rep. I had a diagnostic job that took no more than one hour. After 35 years of going to Hannah, I may need to drive into Portland in the future for service. More

He was friendly on the phone and very professional. We set an appointment for the next day but before I Arrived the car was sold. Scott was able to find another 2017 CPO with a few minutes. When I arrived at the shop everyone was very genuine when they greeted you. Scott was friend and didn't try to push anything on me. Listened to what I wanted and delivered in all aspects.
