This had been going on for several weeks. So I decided to call, and after being transferred between service and sales I finally got Annie Ernst on the phone - she was a joy to talk to and an amazing rep for your company as well as being very helpful in getting my daughter an appointment. She also helped explain the extended warranty that she had purchased on the vehicle. I can only hope that my daughters visit on Saturday is as good of an experience as Annie provided. More
