Amazing experience ! My wife and I have been buying Honda’s since 2000. One Accord, 2 Pilot’s, 2 CR-V’s and now a new Pilot Elite! We knew the cars spoke for themselves so My wife and I have been buying Honda’s since 2000. One Accord, 2 Pilot’s, 2 CR-V’s and now a new Pilot Elite! We knew the cars spoke for themselves so we didn’t need to be sold or convinced. We arrived in the morning and met with Scott Doyle. He was amazing! We went on the test drive and he answered questions about the car as it has a ton of gadgets (especially this Elite model). He made sure things were moving along and he stayed and talked with us while we waited for the car to go through it’s process, get detailed and for finance. He answered a lot of questions and was super nice the whole time. It was a relaxing experience with Scott. We were there probably 3 hours max. Would have been quicker but it was busy and finance was a little backed up. The best part, Scott told us about the great financing which leads us to Nathan Rodeman the finance manager. He was great and super nice and efficient to get us on our way. Papers all ready lined up and ready for signatures and had exactly the price and terms we discussed. We were in and out. Everyone was super nice there! I highly recommend Scott Doyle and Nathan Rodeman in Finance. We’re telling our friends already and recommending this dealership! Worth the drive from OR. More

Service and Sales = Top Notch I pitched a Nissan Altima for a very good price. I had squeaky brakes in the rear and they replaced the pads under warranty. Trevor showed me 2 vehicles that fit the basic description of what I was looking for and clearly explained the difference in their features (during which my 5 year old is climbing all over the car trying to see what all the buttons do and that did not phase him). There was never any pressure, never any pushing me to buy even before I said that I was not buying that day, which he respected. Trevor even facilitated my putting a 4 day hold on a vehicle, something I really needed! If you are purchasing a Honda from Dick Hannah, ask to work with Trevor, you won't regret it. More
