Prior to arriving at the dealership Scott and I had been in contact about my desired car. He provided clear updates and even helped to begin work on trading in my then existing car. He was very attentive and patient as my significant other and I discussed our requirements and stipulations for purchasing our new vehicle with him. Scott always had a smile on his face, patience with his communication, and transparency about the process for the dealership. At one point I had to step away to deal with a few things, and he was understanding and patient. Not once did this hamper our process or treatment.
