He was very patient while waiting for us to decide on which car we were going home with. We decided to go with a van. It's a great vehicle and very spacious. We ended up with a flat tire the other day and realized we had the wrong tool for the lugnuts. They were very small lug nuts and needed a special tool. Our tire iron wasn't going to work. We called Nick Barnes after triple A wasn't able to assist with the tire change and he got us in touch with Shawn Bonebrake. Shawn not only changed the tire for us he also had it washed and sent us on our way with the right tool free of charge. It was an overall great experience with Dick Hannah's crew and we are very thankful for their help. More

Reaping the Rewards of Patience I spent the past few weeks looking for good Honda Fits that would meet my needs and budget. I live in Portland, near a ton of rather sketchy dealersh I spent the past few weeks looking for good Honda Fits that would meet my needs and budget. I live in Portland, near a ton of rather sketchy dealerships near 82nd. I checked out a few, but they were all damaged somehow and that did not make me confident. Although it was a little further out, the selection, price and quality more than make up for the drive. Travis was friendly and communicative and I emailed a bit prior to arrival. Once I arrived, someone else was deep in the process of getting the car we wanted. We had little choice but to wait to see what would ultimately happen - in our case it was probably over an hour of waiting - but there wasn't much Travis could do except offer some conversation as the previous prospective buyer was researching more deeply. In the end, the car didn't work for their needs, so we jumped out and gave it a test drive with Travis as soon as we could. The car ran great and it felt like it was practically a new car. After deciding to go for it, we were then passed along to Chris Nelson to go over financing options. I didn't think I would be able to get a good deal by financing, but Chris and Travis were able to customize a plan for us that met all of our needs handily. Although the price might be a tiny but higher than those on 82nd in Portland, the peace of mind that comes with a large local dealer than can also offer warranties makes up for any minor difference in price. I encourage anyone looking for cars sold by Dick Hannah to come on by and give them a look and see if they can find a car and deal that is right for them. More
